Market Ready, Nature-Inspired, Working Spaces In Sydney’s CBD
Vemi transformed the Ground Floor and Level 3 at 8 Windmill Street, Millers Point delivering two speculative suites alongside landlord works and a full make-good, to create high-quality, contemporary workplaces. The project involved new finishes, furniture, workstations, and associated services, along with building upgrades to adjacent suites and common corridors. All elements were delivered concurrently, ensuring on time completion to protect future leasing potential while maintaining quality standards.
The design concept across the suites draws takes inspiration from New South Wales’ natural landscapes to create workplaces that feel connected, balanced, and engaging. Natural materials, textured finishes, and layered palettes bring warmth and authenticity, while contemporary forms and planning support flexibility, wellbeing, and productivity.
The result is a pair of distinctive suites that provide tenants with inspiring environments aligned to both place and purpose, designed to appeal to a broad range of leasing tenants through adaptable layouts and a timeless, versatile aesthetic.
