Transforming Rhodes Corporate Park: An Attractive Destination Within Sydney’s Commercial Market
Vemi was engaged by Frasers Property to deliver a comprehensive design and construction upgrade to Building A at Rhodes Corporate Park, Sydney. The works included enhancements to the Ground Floor Lobby, Lift Lobbies, Amenities, and the creation of a standout Display Suite on Level 5. Inspired by Sydney’s coastal heritage, the Display Suite features earthy tones, organic textures, and deep blue accents, creating a calm, sophisticated space designed to attract prospective tenants. Intimate nooks throughout the suite encourage informal collaboration, reflecting the natural flow of ideas.
Delivered in a live environment, the project required careful planning to minimise disruption, including a staged hoarding approach to maintain building access and safety. Completed on time and within budget, the upgrade has elevated the building’s presence in a competitive market. The Display Suite has become a key marketing asset, drawing strong interest and positive feedback from agents, tenants, and stakeholders alike.
