Premium Working Spaces Influenced by Architectural Movements
The 570 Bourke Street Speculative Suite Rollout delivered four distinct workplace suites across multiple floors, each informed by iconic architectural movements including Brutalism, Art Nouveau and Neoclassicism. The project required a carefully staged approach to manage delivery across the four floor plates, with adaptive re-use strategies applied throughout. Existing base-building elements such as polished concrete floors, ceiling grids and lighting were retained where possible, while flexible layouts and modular furniture extended the life of the fitouts and reduced future waste.
Working in close partnership with Charter Hall, the design team focused on market-responsive outcomes, ensuring the suites aligned with tenant expectations, leasing objectives and broader asset strategies. Each suite balanced strong conceptual design with adaptability, providing tenants with environments that were both characterful and practical for a range of workplace needs. This collaborative and pragmatic approach proved effective, with all suites leased shortly after handover.
