The project encompassed multiple speculative suites, landlord works, services upgrades, and an extensive furniture re-use strategy, showcasing the potential of adaptive re-use to create sustainable commercial environments.
Across both towers, Vemi balanced retrofit efficiency with design impact, refreshing key arrival and breakout spaces while optimising service layouts to accommodate higher-density planning. All works were carefully staged within a live environment, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining quality, safety, and programme certainty.
