Designed and delivered by Vemi, GloryHouse’s new workplace at Mayfair, 171 Collins Street is a sophisticated two-level headquarters that reflects the organisation’s culture, brand and future ambitions. Developed through a highly collaborative process with GloryHouse, Charter Hall, Cbus, Knight Frank and 3-Point, the fitout balances premium client experiences with high-performing employee environments.

The workplace is strategically divided across two connected floors. Level 7 provides a functional staff environment with focused work areas, meeting rooms and support spaces centred around the interconnecting staircase, which was adaptively reused and transformed into the heart of the design. Level 8 delivers a hospitality-inspired destination for client presentations, collaboration, meetings and events, complemented by an activated terrace. Refined material selections, bespoke detailing and subtle references to GloryHouse’s gold and purple brand palette create a timeless design that is elegant, welcoming and uniquely reflective of the business.
