The Belgravia, Caroline Springs complex is situated in a newly refurbished retail space. Belgravia are a nationally based company, connecting people with leisure including swimming, fitness, sport, gym and leisure services. The project consisted of a reception area, front of house meeting room, a large gymnasium space and an above ground pool area. The swimming pool required structural submissions and load considerations.
