Revitalised Workplace Assets In Prime Sydney Location
Vemi was engaged to refresh Levels 2 and 3 of 263 George Street, Sydney, transforming the floor plates into two speculative suites to attract tenants and support leasing goals. The project focused on efficiency and cost-effectiveness by replicating layouts for maximum flexibility. Design elements such as warm timber laminates, graphic film on glazing, feature carpets, timber-finish screening, and accent paint brightened the spaces. These timeless finishes balanced practicality with aesthetic appeal, creating a modern, adaptable workspace.
Inspired by Sydney’s golden-hour glow, the colour palette blends deep blues with soft oranges, reflecting the city’s vibrant essence. Sustainability was key, with adaptive reuse enhancing the layout and finishes while minimizing environmental impact. The result is a polished, versatile space that meets market demands and offers a competitive edge for tenants. Delivered on time and within budget, the transformation created a cost-effective and visually appealing workplace.
