FitoutOur latest venture in collaboration with Frasers Property involves two speculative suites at Rhodes Corporate Park in outer Sydney. Building upon the success of Level 1 & 2, Building B, this project demanded speed and resourcefulness to create two stand out speculative suites that prioritized cost effective solutions and a sustainable approach. Inspired by the natural flora surrounding the site, both suite concepts seek inspiration from local plant species. The two suites both bring elements of nature indoors but hold their own unique identities.
By thoughtfully repurposing available rooms, spaces transform to suit different needs. Offices become focus rooms, while informal areas can be reimagined as collaborative zones. Our main design driver was flexible functionality to ensure environments catered to a diverse range of working styles and tenant requirements. Our design team embraced the challenge to think out of the box and invent new ways to create dynamic, versatile elements. Among these solutions, a close collaboration with a furniture supplier led to the creation of custom furniture pieces that were highly adaptable and flexible, all whilst aligning with budgets. The custom furniture items elevated the space compared to typical off-the-shelf products, but were also not subject to typically long lead times, price tag or rigidness of custom joinery pieces.
With one suite leased just two weeks after completion, this swift occupancy attests to the success of the project. By seamlessly integrating existing and new elements to maintain the feel of a brand-new spec suite while embracing familiarity. The project exemplified our resourcefulness, dedication to sustainability, and commitment to client satisfaction.
The Warrata flower takes on a vibrant, pink hue. Its bold, bright colour way is balanced by neutral, soft green leaves. It is also the New South Wales state emblem.
Where as the Silver Shield is a vigorous, flowering shrub with a rounded habit and silvery, plush-velvet, leaves. Charactised by its grey-green tone and soft finishes.
