Global Tech Company’s Office Expansion In Collingwood Location
Vemi has partnered with global tech company Epic to deliver a staged, three-level office fitout in Collingwood, building on the success of the 2022 project within the same building. This latest expansion builds on the immersive workspace inspired by Australia’s natural landscapes.
Each floor reflects a distinct environment through unique palettes and materials. One level channels the lush Daintree Rainforest with rich greens, textured natural materials, and organic design elements. Another evokes the dramatic Bungle Bungles of Western Australia, featuring bold sculptural forms and earthy tones. The top floor draws from Australia’s Salt Lakes, using soft blues, pinks, and purples for a tranquil, reflective atmosphere.
Despite a challenging deadline for Stage 1 to accommodate Epic’s new starters, the project was successfully completed through strong collaboration and coordination with subcontractors. The build stands out for its intricate design details, making it an especially rewarding and enjoyable project to bring to life.
A standout feature of the fitout is the 116-person training room, designed for maximum functionality and flexibility. With seamless AV integration, the space effortlessly supports large groups, fostering a high-tech, collaborative environment tailored for dynamic learning and engagement.
