National Presence.
AIG Sydney utilizes the principles developed from the Melbourne office, building a sense of community and creating connection on a national scale. Although a smaller floor plate compared to the Melbourne counterpart, it was vital the success of the Melbourne project translated into Sydney as well.
The design captures the fresh, and adaptive environment that captures the essence of the AIG brand. Soft curves balanced with strong lines create a sense of interest while combining timber, natural stone, warm upholstery and subtly integrating corporate colours. A space that creates energy, a sense of pride and community.
Both client and CBRE were beyond pleased by the final outcome especially considering the multiple locations of the stakeholders, and CBRE project management team plus COVID travel restrictions. Never in doubt, the work done by the team attributed to the success of the project and continued working relationship between CBRE, VEMI and the global client.”
