A High-End Fit Out for a Global Asset Management Company

The Alliance Bernstein office sits within one of Melbourne’s most premium commercial, A-Grade buildings. The asset management company required a space that complimented their existing Sydney head office, but captured its own unique identity – from an employee stand point and within the context of Melbourne city. The project involved coordinating multiple global stakeholders from across the globe in several time zones; ranging from London, Hong Kong, Sydney and the US to bring its new Melbourne location to life.

A sophisticated front of house welcomes clients with a coffee waiting bar and 98” communications television; broadcasting company outlooks and insights. The boardroom & meeting rooms containing specialized acoustics considerations due to the nature of Alliance Bernstein’s work. This high-end fit out contains exceptional specifications, requiring mindful construction work with no detail spared.

A credit to Vemi on the successful completion of their Alliance Bernstein project. The fit out utilised high-end, premium specifications that needed to be carefully considered and addressed liaising with multiple stakeholders around the globe. Vemi completed the fit out at a highly professional level, were excellent communicators and respective of neighbouring customers.
