A Workplace That
Enables its People.
Situated in Collingwood, Epic’s new workplace acts as the flagship for their APAC offices. The project was handed over during the COVID-19 pandemic and required complex project coordination.
The build took approximately six months and required a keen eye for detail, a focus on quality and significant construction elements. The design incorporated unique, intricate features and advanced technology. A feature component included a motorized operable wall that housed double glass inserts and an RW50 acoustic rating. It required specialist steel construction, ceiling support and integration of technologies.
Epic was a unique project that required unique considerations and fresh out of the box thinking. In particular, the automated operable wall. With only a handful built in Australia, it was highly complex - an exciting challenge you don’t see every day.”
