Global Tech Giant Boasts New Melbourne City Location
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is a multi-national company renowned for their reliable information technology. Desiring a more localized and consolidated office, their new workplace sits on Lonsdale Street within the Melbourne CBD. The 1040sqm fit out houses approximately 92 workstations, equipping the HPE team with various meeting spaces, collaboration zones and an open plan working environment.
Appointed for the construction component, Vemi were required to liaise with an external design team and ensure a seamless design to build translation. HPE being a global client, the project committee required dependable communication, diligent site management, stakeholder organization and proactive workmanship. The build resulted in a well-constructed, quality fit out that successfully and accurately translated the design whilst meeting programme and budget goals.
The front of house can be transformed into a large auditorium. Two operable walls enable this versatile space; involving specialized seals, acoustics and complex construction.

It was exciting working with a multi-national brand like HPE. The front of house operable wall systems required detailed contractor coordination and skilled tradesmen. The versatility of these systems enable spaces to be completely transformed. It was rewarding to see how much value this provided to the HPE team.
