Rhodes Corporate Park is situated west of Sydney, adjacent Brays Bay. The emerging business district offers an attractive alternative to the densely populated city center, providing businesses with a spacious and accessible environment to establish their presence. Vemi were engaged to design and construct the three suites which range between 300 – 450sqm. Drawing inspiration from the landscapes and botanica that surround Rhodes Business Park, the three captivating design concepts reflect the beauty found in nature.
The success of the Rhodes Corporate Park speculative suites has garnered recognition, leading to an additional contract of two more speculative suites within the building. The functional spatial designs and versatile floor plates in particular have received notable praise. Vemi are leading experts in the design and construction of working spaces. Suite One channels “Sandstone,” bringing forth an earthy, deep ambiance through the use of soft materials, warm tones, and soft curves. This suite offers a tranquil environment, glowing and seamlessly blending with the surrounding natural elements.
Suite Two encompasses the concept of “Blue Gum,” symbolic of the relationship between people and water. This suite embodies a sense of calm, achieved through light tones, tan statements, and a contrasting deep, blue palette. The suite encourages calmness and a serene working environment.
